Try before you buy

We strongly encourage every customer to use the free 100-day trial of LiveProfessor before purchasing. The trial is available for both macOS and Windows and is the best way to ensure the software meets your expectations and works in your environment.

When refunds are available

Refunds are available for duplicate orders and for exceptional cases, provided you contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase. Because a full-featured 100-day trial is available before purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds simply because the software was tried after buying rather than before.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase and include your order number and the email address used at checkout, along with a brief description of the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
